Who We Are
The Iraq Environment Consulting Company was established in 2016 as a consulting bureau under a license from the Iraqi Ministry of Planning. Following corporate restructuring and compliance with statutory requirements, the company’s legal form was converted and formally registered as a privately owned entity under the Companies Law. Registration was completed with the Companies Registration Department, Ministry of Trade (Registration No. 25274) on 05/08/2025.
